Fruit of the patient and hard work of the Rillo family, this Aglianico reserve was born among the generous rows of Samnite grapes and the robust French oak barrels that reside in the welcoming rooms of the Fontanavecchia winery.
Garnet red wine obtained from Aglianico grapes selected and harvested in boxes: these are those left to ripen in the sun for a few days longer than the first harvest and, subsequently, vinified in red at a controlled temperature with fermentation lasting approximately 15 days.
Precious reserve, intense on the nose, composed on the palate, aged for 18 months in new French oak barriques.
